Overview
Biobase’s BSC-1100IIA2‑X Class 2 biosafety cabinet delivers superior containment for hazardous biological work while maintaining a comfortable user environment. Built with a 304 stainless‑steel work zone and a cold‑rolled steel body coated with anti‑bacterial powder, it meets stringent safety standards for hospitals, research labs, and blood banks.
The cabinet offers a spacious 940 × 600 × 660 mm interior and a 750 mm work surface. Airflow is precisely controlled (inflow 0.53 ± 0.025 m/s, downflow 0.33 ± 0.025 m/s) with 70 % recirculation and 30 % exhaust, while dual HEPA filters (99.999 % at 0.3 µm) and a filter‑life indicator ensure continuous protection. Noise remains below 58 dB, and illumination exceeds 1000 lux via LED and UV lamps.
