Returns & Refunds
Waxtron Medicals accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the product ordered. All returns must be in original packaging with all accessories included.
Warranty Claims
All equipment carries a 12-month comprehensive warranty. For warranty issues after the 14-day return window, our biomedical engineers will visit your facility for diagnosis and repair at no charge.
Non-Returnable Items
Reagents, consumables, and rapid test kits cannot be returned once opened. Custom-configured or made-to-order equipment is non-returnable unless defective.
