What warranty is included?
All equipment carries a 12-month comprehensive warranty from the date of installation. This covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use conditions. Warranty service is performed at your facility by Waxtron's biomedical engineers — you do not need to ship the equipment anywhere.
Can I pay in instalments?

Do you supply the reagents for this equipment?
Yes. We supply all compatible reagents, calibrators and controls. We recommend setting up a reagent supply agreement with Waxtron for scheduled deliveries and fixed pricing — ensuring you never experience stock-outs that disrupt lab operations.
How long does delivery take to my state?

What happens if the equipment breaks down?
